Tasha Young, MSW, serves as the President of P31 Partners, Inc., a consultancy specializing in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), community engagement, and more. Passionate about fostering connections and elevating marginalized voices, she is the Senior Consultant at The Village Enrichment, training leaders to cultivate inclusive organizational environments. Tasha's dedication to social justice has seen her leading diverse initiatives, from March for our Lives to Black Lives Matter and voting rights events. As an educator, she instructs on policy at NYU's Silver School of Social Work. Among her many affiliations, Tasha is part of the Greenburgh Against Systemic Racism's housing committee, chairs the Westchester Black Women political caucus PAC, is a member of NAACP committees, co-founded the African American Chamber of Commerce/New Era Chamber of Commerce, and works as the Organizing Director for Representative Jamaal Bowman. Currently, she is the Founder and President of The Good Policy Institute, continuing her quest for equitable policy formulation.
